Michael Kelso Replaces Charlie Sheen!

What fools we are!!!!!We are replacing Platoon and Wall Street with The Butterfly Effect and Dude! Where's My Car?  The Warlock Vs. the Milf Hunter!
Two and a half men has replaced Charlie Sheen with Michael Kelso!  While I do believe that this change to the show may garner some success (especially in the short term), I believe it will eventually fail.  also,  I can not consider this show to be a continuation of the original!  Kind of like what GNR did without Axel!
Much like the way the original show poked fun of Sheen's lifestyle, I personally believe that the new show should do the same with Mr. Moore.  Kind of a Milf Hunter for primetime TV!  I do find it funny to notice that this isn't the first time Kutcher replaced a much older man.

See....Even Justin agrees with me

Justin Trudeau Rips Liberal Party. Agrees With One Man's Throne

Relax there Dippers, you haven't won anything yet!

Congrats to the Conservatives and NDP for running an extremely successful 2011 campaign.  Both parties were finally able to reach milestones that may have been long overdue!  While both parties consider themselves winners, one must question the validity of the sudden rise of the NDP.

I am a firm believer that elections can never be won; rather, they are lost!  If people are happy and confident with the running party, no charismatic leader will sway them elsewhere.  On the other hand, if the public is unhappy with the current regime, than change is likely going to take place.   There is no better example of this than the recent elections in Quebec.  The rise of the NDP in Quebec was more of a protest against the Bloc than it was in support of Layton and his minions.

All parties attempt to have a representative in each riding during elections.  To show that they are national party, they may fill in students and less qualified candidates in ridings that are considered impossible to win. We can see this by analyzing the "quality" of candidates the NDP organized to run in the province:
1) Many elected officials failed to campaign in their riding
2) 5 McGill students campaigned and were elected to parliament
3) Some failed to speak French
A perfect example of this is Ruth Ellen Brosseau.  Brosseau is a former bartender that was elected in the riding of Berthier-Masinonge.  What amazes me is that she was able to have such a successful campaign even though she does not live in her riding (let alone the province), she failed to campaign, she left for Las Vegas the week before the election, and she can not speak French!

For years Quebecers have been unhappy with the way the Bloc has handled themselves in Parliament.  The NDP has provided the Quebecers with a Federalist-party that runs on the socialist ideas that they hold dear. What I am trying to say here is that while the NDP should celebrate their new found success, they must remember that they did not win Quebec...the Bloc lost it!
flush out

What a week

In one week, Osama is dead, UFC at the Rogers Sky Dome (I refuse to call it Centre), Montreal is kicked out, and the Conservatives finally get a majority!  Good times!
I find it interesting that this occurred.  4 years ago while I was writing my Thesis, I was mocked when I predicted the rise of Rob Ford as Toronto Mayor and a sea of blue covering T.O.  at the expense of Iggy and his band of all stars. clap clap clap
I find it funny that the Liberals continue to argue that they must go to the drawing board and go back to their roots to rise amongst the political elites!  What you fail to see is that that is exactly what the issue is!  While other parties have evolved to obtain support throughout different ethnic, social and economic groups, the Liberals have failed to progress and now rely on the support of an aging population of first generation immigrants from Europe and abroad, and losers like my sister…stupid artistic bitch.
Oh well! Let’s hope Harper can kick some more ass in the upcoming years!  Congrats to Harper and Layton.   Flush Out
Sorry, I am a bit cold since I haven’t written in a while!  I’ll be back!
